Billy's injuries
« on November 05, 2010, 06:35:29 am by Bentley Bullet »
In view of Billy's Hamstring injury keeping him out for several weeks, I wonder if the medical staff have considered sorting his Hernia problem during this time, thus killing two birds with one stone?

It has been mentioned before on here, but there's been no word from the club on whether its viable or not.

Not sorting his hernia, also his hamstring is coming along well. Thinking he will be back first game into December .

SOD, on deedah this morning, said it looked it would be more like 4 weeks, rather than 6. He must be a quick healer, our Billy.

Given the original prognosis was 6 weeks minimum, and the injury happened 2 weeks ago, with the Barnsley game being 4 weeks away, nothing seems to have changed to me

But he'll also have to regain fitness in that period so maybe the injury healing time has reduced a little

SOD says Billy is chomping at the bit to get back and should be back jogging by the end of the week. He has had a second scan and the tear has reduced from 7cm to 4cm
so will be back sooner rather than later. Yippeee

When I spoke to him he said it wouldn't be that long but, being keen to get back could be risky.

I'll stick my neck out and say he'll be back in 2 weeks.
