Could DRFC afford to advertise on the same level 23 times a season? This \"big bang\" event happens only once a year.
They can publicise it as much as they like....I'll take the kids to the FREE firework / bonfire display at the Local Pub.

(Though it would be interesting to know how much the Funfair Rides / Food / drinks/ commemorative Programme / Magnets / Flashing light thingys / Mouse mats / any other merchandise they can think of, costs).I just prefer to take my kids to the local organised event in the local community.
