Keepmoat ticket office problems.....
« on October 31, 2010, 06:15:57 pm by Gartom »
Hi,
Dave Morris wants to hear from folk who've had probs with the purchase of the special tickets - having to go to the shop for a voucher - which - obviously - should nt have happened.
Can you email me if you  have had probs with the ticket office so we assess the size of the problem....and I can email him your details if you are happy for me to do this.....I will also 'PM' a few who have contacted me without going on the forum - I will respect your comments  /privacy

email = gareth1855@hotmail.co.uk
Thanks, Gareth

Hi Gareth ,
            I dont think the ticket office should take 100% of the blame as the club has played a big apart in this mess as these were plugging the voucher in the Norwich programme from Sept 14th and even in the Sheff Utd programme on the 23rd .Then just changed there minds . I will mail my details .

I wonder how many have ventured to the ticket office to be told to buy a programme and thought b*llocks, I wont bother now.

Whoever is to blame for this lack of communication needs a good dressing down!

Yes, fast response from Dave, and even faster response from Tracy in the ticket office.All now sorted and looking good - it was a case of one member of staff helping out customers before she had seen her emails, briefing notes about changes....but all now sorted. Well done DRFC / ticket office!
