Tickets off the Keepmoat website
« on December 11, 2010, 03:43:55 pm by RedJ »
Why does it not give you the option to buy kids' tickets? I was gonna buy my son's Wolves ticket, and his Derby away, on the Keepmoat site, and it doesn't even give the option of age group - just chucks everything out into the basket as adult and full price.

...and if you are a STH and go Online to buy do you get to buy your regular seat somehow. I have tried a couple of times but failed as yet

Official DROS says STH can have usual seat till December 23

As a season ticket holder I had the same problem as Donnywolf so I telephoned. Apparently the Keepmoat web site is not programmed to deduct discounts for concessions.
They dealt with my ticket for the Wolves game whilst I was on the phone.

Yeah, that's another one.

Sort your life out comes to mind when thinking about the website. I'll just get my tickets on Friday night.

I have never had a problem buying my son's ticket online. It does initially allocate it in the adult band but if you click on the drop down box then it offers you all the other price ranges. Usually, anyway.
