...beat them at Wembley as i knew they'd be in the prem and us back in tier 4 before long

Lets see how many fans we have when SOD goes and we end up rock bottom again

while i agree we will hit the prem at some point in the not to distant future i also think with or without sod you will be well set in the championship, thats jrs aim is it not and he doesnt usually fail in his aims/targets if sod went you will get someone just as good he will make sure of that,oh and the better teamwon on the day at wembley  ;)

Why do we keep on getting endless threads about Leeds?

Yes they are a local rival, but I'm getting a bit sick of reading about them on here, frankly.

:) - Oh Yes - A man of many names, very wealthy, has a limitless capacity for alcohol, hung like a horse, a lifelong fully committed Rovers fan, and always out for a bite!

Why have you got the Viking logo as your avatar? You're clearly a Leeds fan?

Leeds are doing okay under Grayson but it was not that long ago since some leeds fans were calling for his head.A week is a long time in politics and even longer in football.Just look at Newcastle and what happened to there manager. Its all about expectations and this will be there downfall. However, good luck to them because at the end of the day they are a yorkshire club and deserve our respect.Oh and might i add  WE ALL HATE LEEDS SCUM

I'd much rather see Leeds and both Sheffield clubs in the Premiership flying the flag for Yorkshire....

Sick of seeing empty seats at the Premiership Lancashire and West Midland clubs.

If we don't get promoted, then fair play to Leeds; hope they get up with someone like Forest.
Watch QPR/Cardiff implode in the New Year.
46 games is a long long season. It will boil down to whoever puts that good run together over the last half-dozen games.

I hope we can stay at this level, but we are cursed

I just hope with the new stadium, we can still attract fans even in tier 3 where I think we belong. If we keep growing then our natural place will be tier 2, but we are punching above our weight at the minute and we are fortunate that clubs are in a mess at the minute with the economy, and us being lucky with our chairmen.

I just enjoy the ride, and as long as we dont drop out the league again, I'm happy as larry  :)

Why do you think we are cursed?

We probably are a division above where our natural level is, but as you quite rightly say, let's just enjoy the ride.

We need an Adam Pearson (rather than Dangerous Dave) as an MD; someone like him would add 2-3000 fans per game with his commercial nous.
