Vikings AGM and email updates...

Vikings AGM - Saturday Aug 13th
Hi all,
Six  main  points to run through:

1.   Just to let you know the Vikings AGM will be at the Lakeside Bar at the Keepmoat on Sat. Aug 13th, starting at 11.30. All fans are welcome as there will be a fans forum after the AGM business.

2.   Subscriptions are due on Aug 1st – and remember the subscription payment is £12. You can pay on the day if this suits, otherwise the forum has links to pay by Paypal, or you can send a cheque.

3.   We have sent out a Viking e-mail to all Forum members on Weds 20th July  and we are keen to monitor the effectiveness of the e-mailer. We think our database is pretty well up to date – but we welcome feedback  - particularly if you did not receive it – tho’ you ought to check your spam box before you email us....just in case !

4.   We have also sent ‘reminder’ letters to those who didn’t renew over the past 2 seasons. We hope folk will come back and renew – as ‘every little helps’ as they say – and we want to grow the VSC – not stand still! I do hope folk will renew, but please email us if you have concerns – and give us a chance to convince you !

5.   Finally, we obviously welcome new members – but you must buy at least ONE share to join. Several fans have just sent the £12 annual subscription as their application. Please make sure you fill in the correct form on the Paypal links on the forum page.

6.   This season the VSC will have a change of personnel, new marketing objectives to grow the membership and new incentives and prizes for current members. We hope this will all help the VSC, and we welcome your involvement and feedback. Feel free to email us

I've not long since joined and also got involved with the commercial partners, do I still need to renew or do I renew after twelve months of me joining?
