Manager Sean O'Driscoll believes predictions that Doncaster will be relegated this season will \"galvanise\" his players.

Sean will get the best out of the players Dave Morris and John Ryan have signed for him. He is always realistic with his views he does not have to embellish the truth the sell the way we play football. His teams have played the best football when given the right players to do the job with so lets hope he can get this squad, which is hampered at the start already, its a good job the league have lowered the subs to five otherwise we could not fill the bench.
