Support Free Press strikers on Saturday at the KM

If you are feeling generous (and with the loan striker appeal some of you may be) dig deep on Saturday for another cause - and support the strikers from the Doncaster Free Press and other South Yorkshire Newspapers titles who are now in their 19th day (Wednesday) of indefinite strike action against employers Johnston Press.

A team from the Free Press will be leafleting and staging bucket collections outside the Keepmoat in the lead up to kick-off before Saturday's game against West Ham.

Please give what you can and make a stand for the strikers - standing up for what they believe in and fighting job cuts, office closures, increased workloads and the redundancy of Doncaster's Mr Rovers, long serving and renowned sports editor Peter Catt. All these things will mean a reduction of quality in the coverage of Doncaster Rovers in the Free Press and other SYN titles.
