yet another left wing toot calling for blacks to be given jobbs just because
of their black.

everyday there is a new outcry about blacks are not in the managerment position.
no blacks in banking,sitting on the boards etc etc.

what a wonderful advertisment that is for their chances og getting on boards/into banking/
management.

anyone ever thought that they just dont want to?


iam not racist,but iam getting fed on the take on things just for the sake
of political correctness.

I presume you're speaking of our esteemed Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg.

What made me smile was when he started highlighting the fact that there are no black managers in the Premier League (out of 20 clubs). However, he ignored the fact that out of 57 Liberal Democrat MPs there are no black MPs either.

Hypocrisy? Surely not!

As far as athleticism goes, it's to do with environment. There is a reason why Kenyans make good long distance runners but maybe not great sprinters.

The beauty of football is that it's a game where big or skinny, tall or short, speedy or great stamina and first and foremost skill, most types can find a niche and can exploit it. It's as much a game between the ears, look at old crocks like Sheringham competing at the top level. I think it's far more of a game between the ears than the English are ever prepared to admit! I reckon the Spanish, Italians, French and Germans tend to turn out many more intelligent footballers than we do and benefit from it.

Oh and I have a good friend who runs his own successful law business and is from Leeds (unbelievable I know) of Jamaican heritage. Race doesn't affect intelligence or ambition.
