I see Goulon can't play on Saturday either, so assuming Lockwood is still here looks to be the same line-up that finished against Barnsley with possibly Husband in for Ilunga.

I'd let Ilunga go, don't see the point in keeping him, get someone better in.  As for Goulon, I wouldn't extend that deal with Woods coming back this weekend and Plessis soon to join I don't see why we need him, especially given we're playing 4-4-2 more often.

Ilunga is not the best player I have ever seen but he has been largely solid and competent. Cannot for life of me see why people are slating him so much.

I agree to a certain extent, its the old he should be better as he earns more scenario. Comparing to our existing squad he should be head and shoulders above the lot of them but he isn't, Steady player but nothing going forward and has been well out of position on occasion, not shown anything to suggest hes anything than a lower table championship player, having said that neither has Chimbonda.

I'm hoping for a devine intervention before our next home game

Agreed. He rolled back the years and looked very solid. I'd question whether he can do it on a consistent basis but it's a shame for him to depart on the back of such a good performance.
