I've had a dream

Dead vivid it was. The wife was in a right mood and I thought I’d better tread carefully before I set off for the Rovers match against Portsmouth. She was in the kitchen cutting carrots and I thought I’d help her, but the look she gave me made me realize I would have been dicing with death. I tried to soften her by saying to her "WHEN I DIE I'M GOING TO LEAVE EVERYTHING TO YOU LOVE!!"
But it didn't work because she shouted back, “YOU ALREADY DO YOU LAZY bas**rd!!
The entourage didn't stop there. She then said “YOU’VE GOT WORSE, WHEN WE MET YOU ONLY HAD A LAZY EYE”, OUR MARRIAGE IS LIKE THAT 80’s DUO ‘WHAM’ , I’M LIKE GEORGE MICHEAL AND YOU’RE THAT USELESS t**t ANDREW RIDGLEY WHO DID NOWT”.
Well this made my blood boil so I told her that her mother was an arsehole.
She replied by saying “AND WHAT ABOUT YOUR FATHER, I BLAME HIM FOR YOU BEING LIKE YOU ARE, NEVER WORKED A DAY IN 30 YEARS. HE STILL BLAMES THE TORY’S FOR HIS UNEMPLOYMENT. IF TRUTH BE KNOWN HIS LAST AND ONLY JOB WAS A SCHOOL MILK MONITOR”.
“EXACTLY”, I replied, “HE WAS MADE REDUNDANT BY THATCHER”!
I decided enough was enough and stormed out of the house. Then just when I thought things couldn't get any worse I realised I’d forgot to put on my Rovers shirt, and low and behold had a BLUE t shirt on.
The day continued to be crap as Rovers old guard lost out to Portsmouth 3-1.
At least for the first time in months I left the ground wearing the winning colours.

I had my first ever Rovers related dream last night that on the first day of next season we went 2-0 down in ten minutes away to Burton.
Thankfully a quick check of the L2 table reassured me we wouldn't be playing them next year!
