Fair play Louis

I am not a fan of reality tv,in fact my Golden rule is that if it contains judges i wont watch it...And One Direction will get nowhere near my ipod thats for sure..However fair play to the young man for doing all he and the club can to help a fantastic cause like Bluebell Wood...Refreshing to see what he has done for his local  community to help ease the burden that these poor kids face in life...I tip my hat to you sir.....

I'm sorry wc I cannot agree with you, all I see is a kid who hasn't done a days work in his life using his 'fame' and contacts for self serving purposes. Everybody is saying what a great guy he is etc well the rest of have a living to earn and he has just received over £2million pounds for being in the right place at the right time, if people think he is talented then I am sorry for them and yes I am jealous, I've had to work for forty odd years and cannot dream of the riches he has at such an age, so again I am jealous, bitter and off back to work hoping I might get enough pension to keep me warm in my old age.

Apparently he had the option to stage it at a bigger venue ie; Old Trafford

But remembered his roots and it at the rovers

They couldn't fill the KMS.

Somebody does something to benefit others and still some moan.
I've worked for 40 odd years and although not rich I am more than happy with my lot.
He was in the right place at the right time you say well if it hadn't been him it would have been somebody else.
Good luck to him, I'm no fan but would rather wish him well than harm. :)

Wonder if he pays his contribution towards schools and hospitals through his taxes without quibbling. Or his he a tax dodger like that nice mr barlow who gets on the telly with so much charity work.Or is he a great guy beyond scrutiny as well?

Good on the kid . If you are not winning don't knock those who are winning  but who use their winnings to help those who have no means of winning.

I thought he came across well and the whole thing shows he is still 'connected' to the town.

They may be 5 minute wonders but good on him. Bring on a full concert next. Any money coming Rovers way will be most welcome.

Not convinced that really matters. I dare say the majority of the support were at the match because Louis/One Direction were there, not because it was his pub side and not because it was against a DRFC 11, and there are probably a lot more One Direction fans in Manchester or another big city than there are in Donny.

He has done a good thing but done it wrong. Three Horse Shoes? An avarage Doncaster Sunday League team, should of been a celebrity team but he was thinking well and fair play doing it at the KM bet we made money from pop and sweats.

Just hope he puts his hand in his pocket for the Rovers, He is worth a few quid now, remember your roots!!
