Yes I can remember this match. In fact there was a shot of me on tv jumping up the fence after Ranks goal (pastel blue ski jacket and a pony tail!Me not Ranks)
Think we lost the replay 4-1 aet at Belle Vue.
Also in the same season I believe Scunny were the first team to go out of the FA cup on penalties after drawing their replay at Rotherham

Remember the game well, always seemed like a cup final playing at Turf Moor as Burnley's gates were more than double most other teams in that division. Also remember jumping on the fence and getting nice claret paint on my clothes. As Burnley started to climb the leagues we were served well by Burnley cast offs with Steve Harper, Mark Yates and Ian Measham all coming to Belle Vue.
