The Christmas Song
« on December 10, 2012, 04:03:35 pm by CusworthRovers »
I love Silent Night I do, but at the moment my favourite is Elvis and Blue Christmas. So much so, that would you believe I've now put it on my shuffle. It's gone on today with Martin Solveigs 'Hello' (one simply loves the intro). Anyway it's this fella that takes top billing:

Rudolph the brown nosed reindeer.......................Not so much a song, more of a jingle but I love it.

My favourite. Interestingly it didn't get to No 1 as it was released in the same year as Slade's "Merry Christmas Everybody"- which is not a patch on this. Sorry, Noddy!

As much as I can't stand her, or any other songs she's done, it's got to be All I Want For Christmas by (ahem) Mariah Carey.

... I don't know why, it's just not Christmas till I hear that.

Thats not a bad un .... I saw the young lass on Telly last year and she was about 45 !

Still laugh at The Grimleys when the fat kid wandered into a Classroom and Noddy was singing and playing Guitar. The fat kid (Gordon ?) said what was that Sir and Noddy began singing "So here it is Happy Easter everybodys having fun"

Dont bother Sir says Grodon that will NEVER catch on..... I bet it is on YouTube
