Hello, just a quick query as I cant get through to the ticket office and they still havent rang me back despite leaving messages?!?!? I bought tickets for tomorrows game before christmas and have had the confirmation e-mail however I havent recieevd the tickets in the post which I would have expected.

Do I just go to the main reception on the day and pick them up on the day like I normally would for a home fixture? I thought they would have time to send them out by mail really.

When I have ordered on line or over the phone I have picked up the tickets from the main reception on match days

Bought mine over the phone this morning, and the lady told me to pick it up from main reception tomorrow.

Brilliant, thanks guys. Thats usually the case but as I ordered them nearly 2 weeks ago I wonder if they were going to mail them. Cheers.

called at the club shop at around 12 o'clock today and there was a queue at least 30ft long out the ticket office..

Just popped out in my lunch break to get 3 tickets for family I've convinced to come, and the ticket office shut at 1. It's a normal working day, there were 4 others there wanting tickets. It's not easy giving the club money at times.
And before anyone asks I'm a season ticket holder.
