League One: The Form Table
« on December 31, 2012, 01:55:33 am by Mr1Croft »
Based on the last 10 results:

Quite interesting that only us and Hartlepool are performing to the standards of our position. The team,s to look out for over the next couple of games are definitely Bournemouth, Coventry and Brentford, while Sheff Utd and Crawley and on a real decline in the last 10 games are anything to go by.

While I don't think Bournemouth and Brentford are going to finish with both over 90 points, I do feel that this shows us that the league is still very much wide open, which we already knew...

Hmmm interesting and it would be more interesting to see how that changes over the next 10 games Crofty.
Imo we are in the fortunate position of having the game in hand, the points on the board which should  make our rivals have to handle more pressure than our lads have to .......we can afford the odd slip up but can the Blades ?  :rtid: :rtid: :rtid:

It proves that there is a bloody long way to go yet and that nothing should be taken for granted

Agreed, that top 8 looks very competitive (relatively speaking) and there could be 2 decent sides that don't make the playoffs. What is hard to factor in is how the transfer window will affect teams. We're fortunate that we can rebuff offers in January for our best players but a few teams in that mix might not be as fortunate.
