Managerial accelerated promotion scheme

It makes me wonder if Saunders is not part of some sort of accelerated promotion scheme and ever since he stopped playing he has been earmarked for managing at the top level.......

Some professions call it high potential development or something similar......

Totally agree. Saunders signed a contract we should tell them to piss off. No amount of compo is going to touch the boards wealth.
