Black is Michael Owens partner in his racing business, betfair founder and poker player.

Ironic,this Black fellow made money from a gambling business and is involved In horse racing,when Swindon have already been found guilty of score/match fixing and betting irregularities or something similar?Albeit about odd years ago.

in brief: there are 4 separate parties interested in the club, they do not owe money to HMRC or creditors, only debts to current major shareholders.
