That cobblers does come from someone who doubted the guilt of two people convicted of murdering Steven Lawrence and who then was silent when one of the killers recently withdrew his appeal against conviction,i wondered at the time why someone that wasnt in court to hear all the evidence was so vocal in doubting their guilt?

Deane didn't even mention this on LKO. He hinted at it once. Hope he does well at his new club and I would love to see him back in England managing in a few years.
