JR's next move

I was wondering about what JR would do about our next manager. We are all aware how much he thought of SOD and his "Champagne football", and it got me thinking, what would he be looking for in his next manager.
Will he look for someone who can deliver Sean's style of play, or stick with how we are and appoint someone who will maintain the status quo and keep us as a team very solid defensively and difficult to beat, without being too fancy and "tippy tappy".
It would be ideal to have a team capable of doing both, but who is there out there who can deliver that type of team.
I suppose the higher the expectations you have, the higher you have to go up the managerial tree, and of course the higher you climb that tree, the more expensive that person is going to be.
Nowt's ever easy is it!
