Btw..I'm not suggesting blow the lot on players..a few permanent signings of quality youngers players would be a great approach and something to build on

the increase in wages for the squad will take up a few quid I imagine ... squad of 20 ... increase of £3,000 per week per player is about £3 million extra to start with.
