He's punditing on BBC3 now...if it's true what he's saying about not being contacted before that statement was released, it's pi$$ poor form from Brighton. The bloke looks embarassed to talk about it....Effectively being sacked on live TV

Shocking from Brighton. It's been going on for a month and they decide to announce it on a Sunday night just as he happens to be on the tele.

Classy from Brighton.

Well out of order by Brighton if they havent been in touch with him! Is this all about the whole PoointhechangingroomGate Scandal?

Think he's been shit on personally....

His treatment stinks, but if rumours are to be believed about him touting himself for other jobs since the final whistle against Palace then its not really a surprise.

I don't think it has anything to do with Poogate.

Does Poyet strike anyone as a bit slimy? I can't be the only one who thinks this.

Like if you left him in a dimly lit room with your missus he would feel her up and then claim (indirectly) in the media that she grabbed his balls first and he can't get stimulated for women smaller than 5 8" anyway because of his height and his religious beliefs - and he only really has eyes for his wife who is 6ft and the love of his life.

He was suspended for comments he made about the board and the club,  wasn't he?  Nothing to do with poogate.

He put a pretty nasty knife into Brighton and its directors straight after they failed to win the play offs. The bloke's an animal. he doesn't know how to behave, or, how to move things in the way he wants them to go. He's got what he deserved. And no. Don't bring him here. He's trouble. Generally, Seagulls are glad he's gone. And there's enough of them who aren't muppets to make that something that should be taken into account before jumping on a  bandwagon of bile.

Cheers

As BobG said, the guy is a slimeball.  I wouldn't believe the reaction you saw from him on tv last night.  He already knew.

He openly considered his future straight after the Palace game on live TV.

There was an interview with Vicente in the local paper down here the other week.  He said Poyet verbally abuses aka bullies people in training.

Poyet didn't even bother to attend his disciplinary hearing last week.

Wouldnt want him anywhere near our club personally and I think Brighton have done exactly the right thing and dealt with the situation professionally.
