Unused season ticket

If you don't use a ticket from a season ticket book, can it still be exchanged for another match.  If I remember it could be done last season.  I was unable to use my Notts Forest ticket and thought about getting one for a friend for this Saturday.

I think it's only applicable for certain games, so you'll need to wait for the club announcement.
