I Cant make my mind up on This case,as one day i feal very very sorry for them them,on other times i Cant Get out Of my head that the parents left
Their kids alone to go out and eat at a near by resturant.

I Get Even more confused due to fact that When you ever leave the comfort zone Of Your own home or district that you are Even more
On the lookout for not just Your own safety but you kids Goes up no end.

They was  in another country so Your are on defcon 1 all the time.

I hope iam wrong but my gutt fealing on the parents Of Madeleine
Makes me think about questions

Massive cover up from the start and now I'm bored of it.

In my eyes, the police have dug themselves into a massive hole and it's too late now to admit their mistakes and CORRECTLY sentence the duo to murder. The head of Scotland Yard doesn't want to lose their job now, do they?

Sickening.

I think that if the McCanns were guilty they would have slackened off by now and let it die down.
The last thing that you'd want is to keep dragging it up and someone remembering something and coming forward with new information.
Just my opinion of course.

My feelings as well Idler. Though a friend of mine is adamant that one or both of them is guilty of manslaughter, at the very least.

I''ve read Goncarlo Amaral's book The truth of a lie. There are so many things that don't add up. Eddie and Keela the cadavar dogs, highly trained specialist animals that found the scent of death on clothes, behind the couch and boot of the car amongst other places.
Ive seen countless articles not covered by the media.

The statement by the main witness Jane Tanner and her ever changing suspect.

The lack of interest in Robert Murat's driveway even tho it has been said that at that time there was work going on in his grounds and him being an arguido at the time.

That the twins slept through all that chaos after the alarm sounded.

Even down to Kate washing cuddle cat...

If any thing happened to my baby I would cling to the scent of that toy because it is the one tangible connection to that child...

But then like you all there is no way I would ever put evening meals out ahead of my babies and I sure as hell would never leave them alone like that.

I think it was an accident, that they sedated the kids but Maddy woke early, disorientated I think she fell  , died and they panicked.

May god forgive me but I find it so hard to find any pity for the Parents. My heart aches for that beautiful little girl who at the very least was let down by the people she should have been able to depend on.

I don't think they did her in for the same reasons as Idler. If they had, the last thing they'd want to do is keep the story in the forefront of media attention.

Had the Portuguese police done a proper job and treated the apartment as a crime scene as soon as they were called then we might have got to the bottom of this. As it is, I'm not sure we ever will.

Like others have said, what on earth possessed two well educated professional people to leave two very young children in an apartment in a foreign country on their own, at the very least they should be charged with child neglect and the other child placed on the at risk register!

So many things wrong with this, where to start.

Police don't sentence people, judges do.
You can't be sentenced to murder. Murder is a crime not a punishment.
The Portuguese police ran the case. Not Scotland Yard's finest.

Look at everton football Club as they was all over This case by having the family present for an home game helping to bring attention to the case.

for sure there has not been any follow on from everton FC on the issue.

I Cant Get my head round how madelines parents having taken the Police man from Portugal to court over his book and claiming a one million pound or euro payout due to damages

they are getting side tracked in the quest to find Their daughter,to which i think they hope the courts will have Pitty for them and award them the cash.

I believe parents in this country have been charged (and rightly pillared) for leaving kids home alone
My wife and I could never imagine leaving kids and going out

A technicality is one thing.
However, your theory was based on one of the poorest understandings of the judicial system I have ever read, combined with a complete ignorance of the geography of the crime.
