I think the "As Ive said on numerous other threads" bit would lead anyone to believe that what you posted is wrong!

What I've done in numerous threads is ask if he's only stepped down as chair and remains on the board.

I'm still none the wiser as things are still not clear, I guess we'll not know until the dust settles.

skellow .. Take some time and read.  You will find this is a forum and there has already been a post defending JR and Claire but why bother to read? You can always just slate the VSC and its members.
