When can we sign players?,just wondering if the guy mentioned in Rumour mill was still with us and can we play him tomorrow if it's the case that we couldn't sign him till Jan 1st?

I heard on RS last week that players could sign tomorrow in time for the QPR game.  Whether that happens, remains to be seen.
