I keep seeing people quoting this "2 people" and clearly they mean Dick and Terry. A lot of people seem to be mixing up "Major Shareholders" and "Board". I haven't seen the constitution of the DRFC Board, but, typically, there are far more people that make up a "Board" of an organisation. It is likely the Doncaster Rovers Board Meeting will include the major shareholders, the Chief Exec, other Directors (e.g. Director of Football, Director of Marketing, Director of Public Relations, HR, Finance etc), plus any non-Exec Directors.

And when they have people attending the Board meeting, e.g. as would be expected at the start of the January Transfer Window for the Manager to be invited, these meetings will take a little organising to sort out diaries. Remember, a number of our board have commitments outside DRFC, e.g. Terry's Foundation etc. He's not sat at home living and breathing nothing but Donny Rovers, unlike some one here!

Actually the board is pretty slim - I could be wrong but I think there is only Terry, Dick, Gavin Baldwin and possibly one or two others (David Blunt?) I think a lot of the smaller shareholders were asked to either put more money in or leave the board a season or two ago.
