"Me and Louis at the moment"

"At the moment" being the worrying part of that statement

They can't own it forever Filo, nor could they probably finance it forever.

My PERSONAL opinion is one that give them a shot, lets see how we get on. I want a club that is still around for my kids and grandkids to support, whilst JR sometimes has crazy ideas, I don't think for one minute he would intentionally jepordise the club being around in X years time.

If that requires bringing in others, then so be it.

If it is a hedge fund, i would hope that the right people are asking the right questions about the future of the club so that we have one to support in the future.

Transfer of ownership to JR/LT might just be the first stage, a stepping stone before others acquire a stake.

The big question is who those others might be, and what their long term intentions are.

Given that previously JR thought SC a suitable partner, then there is nothing to stop the same individuals coming into the tent after the buy-out, wearing a different hat.

At all events, this is probably an opening gambit, not the full Monty just yet.

JR and LT don't have the financial clout themselves. There are other parties involved. Three of the four have already been mentioned on here. The fourth is posh and owns a nice cottage.

Ryan has confirmed to RS he and LT are 50/50 partners, no one else involved.

This is very good news and reassuring to hear.

Reassuring ? We lose owners worth in excess of £ 1/2 billion with clear business acumen and replace them with JR &_LT. Am I missing something here, players wanting away pronto etc ?
Destination the Premiership hold on folks this could be a real white knuckle ride. Who is going to spew up first......the loyal fan base as they watch their club mortgaged to the hilt with the possibility of destination Administration looming on the horizon ?

What I want to know is, those Facebook ITKers were convinced that Ant and Dec and famous chef were involved, have they been fed a red herring and been played some what or is JR being economical with the truth?
