Can't see it happening, but if it did there would be a huge uptake this week.

Why should the club subsidise this. Leeds still get the money.

If it were to happen, imagine the good PR the club would get, and would also score huge points against the greed of TLOL

I bought tickets for two adults and a 19year old and it was £96. It would have been £24 for me but I'm not paying that.

Even if rovers did make that gesture (which would be a great thing for the fans) , I would still not go as it would mean that leeds still get what they want so still get away with charging obscene amounts for adults and children alike. Now if leeds said that they will charge us less then i would rethink my stance based on the new price , cant see that happening so they can do one . Twenty is plenty for an adult and less for a four year old not £18 .

Leeds must surely have a rethink before next season. We won't be the only set of fans thinking their prices are outrageous and choosing not to pay off their ridiculous debts for them.

Watching the football league show this morning, so many grounds with so many empty seats in the championship. You would think at some they were playing behind closed doors.

When are clubs going to realise.

Can't see them reducing the price next season either, if no away fans go then their police bill is much reduced .

clubs don't pay for policing unless the police go in the ground.

this is why it is rare to see cops in grounds these days.

the decision to have police inside is one taken between the club and the police - with the police having the final say if there are obvious concerns/risks.

If you remember Leeds had a court battle over policing costs with west yorks police because they were being charged for the surrounding areas . Us taking 400 will still need a lot less policing than 3000. Plus our team has less vocal backing.

That's not correct.

The club pay for all Police that are in and around the stadium, otherwise known as the footprint. Leeds and WY Police did have a legal battle over the size of the footprint and areas away from the ground, the Police lost.

However it's up to the Police how they categorise football games, if they want to be there (something they always say they don't) then they make the decisions not the club.
