Good joke but I can tell you I know some Polish people and they are very unhappy about it as the Romanians are driving down their wages. It's the British working class I feel sorry for. Not only did Labour let in millions of immigrants, they did it in the full knowledge that these workers would drive down their wages. They wanted to keep inflation low and this was one way of doing it.

And there's me thinking that at the time the plan was to try and address the pension deficit issue!!!
