Why should you? Because believe it or not, you are supposed to be fans, helping to raise money for the club...... Or, you're wanting it to fail miserably so you can thumb your noses and gloat........ Sad really that we have fans wanting or willing, should I say, to see the club we are all supposed to adore, sadly fail.

I already put plenty of money into the club thank you very much. Or are you wanting to make this into an "I'm a better fan than you" thing? ah, that old chestnut...
I'm not saying that at all show me were I said it it was you that mentioned that perhaps it's your guilty conscience

It is not MY forum - it is EVERYONES to come say whatever they please free of legislation and judgement.

I'm not a member of Crowdfunder or Twitbook so I don't have full access to the Trust site but anyway here's an observation. They don't appear to have any shots of the merchandise, that would probably help in selling it. Unless there are images further down, in which case I'll get me coat.

TB,

What exactly do you mean "free of legislation and judgement"  do you mean the law of libel does not apply to the forum you prefer!

A forum where everyone agrees would be a very boring forum and full marks to the VSC in allowing comments like yours.

Surely making a donation to the new trust is a personal thing and nothing to do with the VSC. From your comments earlier you have now sent a donation? and thats the way it should be. Come to think of it I don't recall any of the VSC knockers saying that they have made a donation but I am sure that if they haven't had the time they will and we will hear about it.

"Guilty conscience" eh? guilty of what?

No, you haven't said it, but there's a clear implication.

Therefore, anyone who thinks this pledge business is a proxy for our transfer budget must be barking up the wrong tree.

N.B. Yargo - more than happy for you to copy and paste this over pal. #fansunited

Are we all conveniently ignoring some of the information being posted by yargo, which if true would help put at least 1 fear to bed for now

It would be nice to see some more info come out of the club but I think we are going to have to be patient and see who we sign/re-sign 1st as an indication of the ambition for this season

E.g. Re-sign copps, Turnbull, give wellens another year etc eat then add a mixture of exiting youth with some experienced and successful players

Simples ;-)

Yargo you will find that JR has and always will surround himself with ''yes'' men. A weakness in anyone running a business and unfortunately we have many ''yes'' supporters too who will do anything to ingratiate themselves to the deity that is JR as well.
A dangerous situation if allowed to go on unchecked and unanswerable to their fan/customer base. Allam's behaviour at Hull City is a perfect example of that behaviour. He isn't going unchecked .

I can think of an example of another organisation that operate the same policy.

Which is.??

I can think of one other "organisation" that had a leader surrounded by yes men, but someone will invoke Godwin's law if I name it.

Nice to see you back SAD now come on name those celebs and let us know how much they are putting in to this deal.

Duffy, Brownie and Cotterill now deciding that their needs are better served elsewhere. They obviously cannot see the potential we have.

Can't wait to see the players we get in the next week.

With this trust thing looking like its not going to get the £2 mill on its own with its performance so far (not a dig but its not is it)

Who will give me odds that we see some substantial late donations??????????

If LT is going to be so busy with his ten minute meet and greet with fans, how surreal would it be for him to donate in order that he could have ten minutes alone :)

Nice to be back!

I've been told all will become apparent on the 18th when the deal is finalised so I've to keep my trap shut until then.

If it'll be all clear on the 18th why not wait till then to have started the crowdfunding? As it is, it seems that there is no other money apart from that being put into the team. There are several versions of what is happening and nothing that seems consistent.

Why are there so many mixed messages? Is it simply that LT and JR have put in a few million that is sitting as credit in the bank but can't yet legally say anything?
