I seem to remember it so.
 
Quite a few years back I remember being offered Cup Final tickets for the Man U v Arsenal final at face value.  Turned them down as I had no interest in either team and I couldn't have made it anyway.  The guy did pass them on to someone else, at face value.
 
Pity that the attitude today seems to be profit at all cost.
