The Owners and manager get the sleep out of their eyes, the team is being left week after week with glaring deficiencies, when all it needs are a couple of crucial signings and results will turn from defeat in to victory?.
The left hand side of our side has been our weak point all season, how many times can you persist with a left back who is just not a good footballer?
Centre half was a position neglected in the summer,we retained two players in Jones and McCombe who haven't got it any more,i would rather develop a McCullough/Wakefield partnership, than keep playing 'TITANIC' McCombe,he has the turning speed of a Trawler marooned on Mud Flatts.
The difference between us and the top teams is one that can be rectified, when we have a bad spell we concede goals.
The top teams on the whole don't,we can't defend because the defence is poor as a unit and also the players in front of them promise much and deliver very little, otherwise we could try and outscore teams.
There are plenty of free agents that are getting snapped up by other clubs, while the bloke in charge of the Red Button, sits on his hands.
Those games we have in hand will turn to nothing, unless it's accepted mistakes have been made and at least a Central Defender and left back are brought in.
Fleetwood are nothing special,we lost that game because we faced a team that wouldn't give us goals, and found our defence no better than the League two defences they faced before.

Those strikers that played for fleetwood certainly weren't playing against league 2 defenders last year.
They've spent a lot of money fleetwood and will be up there at the end of the season.
We haven't so we probably won't be but we all knew that in July, so why all this nonsense when were in a position we all thought we would be.
