Do we really think the club are going to sack Dickov though? That's the big question.

I really don't think they will, even if we get relegated

This is my concern whats the boards mentality? Are they giving him the benefit of the doubt because of the difficult pre season we had?

Dickos,
Now there is a point. Would the board sack him if they knew he was crap? You'd think so wouldn't you? But, is it beyond reality they don't want to sack him for the very reason I've stated: they'd have to spend REAL money, and it's obvious they don't want to do that.
Secondly, I seen on here in the last 24 hours that TB hasn't been  to a game this season. I don't know if that's true or not, but if he hasn't, how can he know personally how bad Dickov is?? I expect JR doesn't go any more, he is still a major shareholder as far as I know, so who is actually going to do the sacking?
Not beyond the realms of possibility

That's why DRFC have a CEO. Report back, take action if required. You don't think Bramall sacked every useless one at Keepmoat do you.

How about Russ Wilcox

COYR
He's been at York for about a week so I'd say that's very doubtful. Also was very poor for scunny at this level

Going to be absolutely brutal. We literally can't afford a manager who wants to play football.

SOD was indulged with money we didn't have to play amazing football we didn't deserve with the crowds we were pulling in to OBV/KMS.

We need a manager who can hold his own through organised, hard, tough, dirty football.

Not sure who that is, but anyone talking about SOD mk II is living in fantasy world. We cannot equip that manager with the players they would need.

It is a latter day lower league Warnock that we need and deserve on our piss poor crowds.

Ive backed PD on here but something has to change, there is no desire to win (or even compete) at the minute - losing is a hard habit to get out of
just to throw a bit of a curve ball in - how about we get rid of Horton and make Jones assistant manager

I think Jones has his place, but not as Manager or assistant. A defensive coach seems more than likely, after all he's already carried this out at the club before.

Although I think RJ's best playing days are behind him we are certainly missing his leadership
