Not necessarily the case at all. We need someone who can get the best out of the squad we have, Dickov isn't doing that. With the majority of players fit and 1/2 defensive additions I think our squad can challenge for promotion. That is, of course, providing the manager can get the best out of them.

After that I think it is a good possibility that he will go - but I have said it before he should have gone after the Stevenage match last season, but some how he survived, I suspect he may do again - hope not though
