It seems we've been overlooked for TV then, but does anyone what the TV games are? Both BBC and BT?

Thanks

Very surprising our game hasn't been chosen, thought it was a cert.

There are how many - 40 - first round ties?  3 are live on telly, so that means 74 clubs are disappointed....

Our game is featured on football focus, so I reckon we may be a lead on the highlights show (assuming there is one?) but that may change depending on how the actual game progresses?

From the FA website:

First Round Proper TV ties
Warrington Town v Exeter City (BBC2, 7.55pm, Friday 7 November)
FC Halifax Town v Bradford City (BT Sport, 12 noon, Sunday 9 November)
Havant & Waterlooville v Preston North End (BT Sport, 8pm, Monday 10 November)

The FA can confirm the following ties have been selected by our broadcast partners for highlights/clips domestically and/or live overseas:

Saturday 8 November

Weston Super Mare v Doncaster Rovers
Barnet v Wycombe Wanderers

The FA fee for the above is £6,750 per club.

Sunday 9 November 2014

The ties that will feature in the BBC's FA Cup Final Score with Jason Mohammed on Sunday 9 November will be:

Gosport Borough v Colchester United
Braintree Town v Chesterfield
Portsmouth v Aldershot Town
Stevenage v Maidstone United
Coventry City v Worcester City
Blyth Spartans v Altrincham
Forest Green Rovers v Scunthorpe United
Norton United v Gateshead

The FA fee for the above is £12,500 per club.

The FA live broadcast fee is £67,500 per club and the prize fund is £18,000 for the winners.

The Second Round draw of The FA Cup will take place at 7pm on Monday 10 November with Mark Chapman hosting from the National Football Museum in Manchester on BBC Two.

Bit disappointing that we don't get as much as those games moved to the Sunday (although I suppose the money is to compensate for the potentially lower crowds. I dare say that means there will be a live stream of our game somewhere and the BBC will show extended highlights in whatever its FA Cup equivalent of the Football League Show is.
