some of the kids on the verge could be let out on loan,  food and drink are to change a bit ant prices pie and gravy with a pint for a tenner,  stepping up security on smoke bombs,
there was a minutes silence for all that have died from the club and fans, supporters club made a small loss on away coaches it was asked if a similar scheme to bradford would work for season tickets but they was told no it wont happen   £3000 was handed to PD as a donation from the fans club and i think it was £700 to the founation

Did you say a tenner for a pie and a pint? Is that a pint of creme de menthe?

If they could replicate what they do at Knights it could (potentially) be a gold mine.  I thing it was £5-6 for a huge slab of Pie, mushy peas and gravy the last time I went.  Thing is they have an organised set-up and servery which means that people aren't waiting around - even though the queues were pretty long.  They have one person taking the order and money and then 2/3 staff putting together your order as you move along the servery.  Knives forks etc are picked up before the servery area, so people don't hold up the progress of the queue.

I wouldn't mind seeing some continental style food also.  When I've been to matches in Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden etc, they always seem have some sort of BBQ sausage cooking operation in place - and I'm not talking about a burger flipper van.  They always seem to be doing a roaring trade and would be something that you could operate all year round... without too many overheads.

Just a correction on the Supporters Club running away coaches. The Main Branch didn't make a loss last season, they didn't make as big a profit as the previous season though.

THINK it was 2 pints and 2 pies a tenner,   membership prices probably have to go up net season, as costs for the handbook have gone up, and its been the same price for years coach fares some of cheapest in league,  leeds are charging 16 to the keepmoat we charge about 11 to there place.  pre match music date for ideas closes shortly,
Davina Skinn  gave a fantastic round up of the season. balance sheet showed about 11k in the funds, membership slightly down. willing to send the younger players to other league clubs to get experience. not in for Billy Sharp, Andy williams was always the first choice striker,  making a comeback singing the impossible dream ( used to have that as the players walked out,  how trying to improve atmosphere , improving catering has the americans over ( owners of the franchise) and told them to improve, just sports contract up for renewal at end of season, hope to sort something out regarding change of strip every year, conference facilities very wll used, trying to get more school kids there, keeping up ticket for attendance scheme.  looking for more committee members for the supporters clubs

Give people plenty on the plate or tray for they're money, make it taste nice and people serving it who are helpful, and you have the right combination for making money, short changing customers with poor food or portion sizes is never a winner.
