Hi, my son's beaver troop (owston) is looking for funding or sponsorship to help towards some new computer facilities.   So we are reaching out to the local business community for any assistance.  As the rovers win awards for this sort of thing I dropped them a mail outlining our situation. We are not after the world, I suggested that even  a few balls or sports equipment would be great if they couldn't help with any financial contributions, but sadly I've not received any reply.  I mailed customer services, can anyone suggest anymore relevant dept. of the rovers back office staff that may be able to have a look at my request.

I'd be tempted to get hold of Ryan Murrant and also make sure he is aware of the department you previously contacted that didn't reply!
