Sorry to be pedantic vicar, but Portland is in Oregon in the United States, the origin of PDXrovers name.  Mind you he scored two fantastic goals against the Seattle Sounders  the other night.

There is also a kid who is scoring for fun at the Houston Dynamoes, Giles Barnes is his name, makes you think doesn't it, he couldn't hit a barn door from two yards when he was with us. He is also playing for Jamaica these days.

The one where he cuts inside the defender and smashes it into the top corner was an absolute screamer. Straight as an arrow.

Will Johnson from the Timbers would be a fantastic loan signing for us. Combative midfielder. Great engine. Scores a few too. Good tackler.

Portland had Freddie Piquonne the season before last and he did really well.

Didn't he used to play for the Feelgoods?

I believe he suffered a serious injury, though fully recovered now. Still, must be knocking on a bit.

While we're scouring the MLS for loan signings, there's a Brazilian at Orlando City that could do a job for us. I don't know his real name, but he has "Kaka" on his shirt.
Could be worth a punt.

There were a few during the experiment that ought to have had Kaka on the back of their shirts.

HE wouldn't if he played like he did at the game I attended a few weeks ago he was rubbish.  Lewis neal former stoke and shrewbury was superb though. Experienced but did what stock used to do for us.

Mmmm yes I'm sure that if there was ever a possibility that Kaka would join us, we should discount him immediately because he had an indifferent game in front of you!

He was rubbish and my mate who watches them every week doesn't have much better an opinion either.  For a 6 figure weekly salary you want better.
