Three Premiership loanees ?

This pre season more than ever seems to have been taken over by the agents . Players are waiting longer before committing and the only reason can be agents hanging them out for bigger salaries hence more commission . Also the Premier League will only serve to exacerbate the situation as they slowly amass their summer stocks then wait till end August before releasing loanees . There will be some highly paid young Premier  youngster loanees available .... eventually.

Why three, Brian? Do you know something?

I wouldn't be surprised to see one come in, but it makes a bit of a mockery of a youth policy if we put our youngsters behind someone else's.

The agents will always hold out for the best deal, but I actually think there is an over-supply of free agents at the moment, certainly at our level. How many of the players we released last season have new clubs yet? Answer - one, and he's dropped down a number of levels.
