Reece Thompson York City V Newcastle

I did not know if anybody else noted the superb goal on Wednesday night scored by Reece Thompson, for York v Newcastle, he  had a trial with us and scored on his debut against Lincoln City in a match last season, whilst on Retford United books, he played for Frickley  Ath (no 9)  in the  pre season friendly against us  a couple of weeks ago, and played well.

Good player could easily play at a higher level than he is now, just needs to sort his attitude out.

I hope Frickley got a fair few quid for him, it all helps at that level.
