Darren Burke's piece in the Free Press
« on September 10, 2015, 04:57:36 pm by PDX_Rover »
Absolutely nails it for me. The spark had gone out of following Rovers. Even as an exile it became a chore to get up at 6.45am to tune it to Player.

The matches that I have seen, either in the flesh or on TV/player were uninspired. The Leeds game was exciting, but the games against Birmingham and Bolton at the back end of the last Championship season, the last time I was at the Keepmoat, were naive and piss poor.

Hopefully we can get that excitement back. Like all of us, Rovers is in my blood. Here's to a new dawn. Good luck to Paul Dickov... Very nice bloke, knows football but just not the right manager for us.
