Chaplow
« on September 29, 2015, 10:49:15 pm by stuey »
How the hell has this guy ever played in The Premier League? Awful player, but slightly better than Middleton tonight, the kid seems to has lost his way and looks lacking in confidence.

But Chaplow, bloody hell.

I agree, how did he make it as a footballer, brings nothing at all to the team

I've not seen anything from Chaplow yet that reflects his supposed pedigree.

Keegan has got to play on Saturday instead of Chaplow.

Chaplow is past it. As is most of the rest of the team, hence why we are so crap

Most of the side is past it?  Dear me
Who?  Sinclair? , horsfield?  Evina?  Middleton?  Forrester? Armstrong?

Also the two players you were slagging off yesterday about never playing league football were the best two players on the pitch 😉

I wish we had Armstrong, he's probably scored more than our team put together! Mind you, going on last night's showing Anderson isn't a bad player to have on the books...

I agreed about Chaplow being poor before this game, but I think he got better as the game progressed.

Wellens: past it. Coppinger: past it. Jones: past it. Keegan: past it. Chaplow: past it. Butler: past it.
One or two of those have never been any good

I thought he played ok actually.  Probably the one playing the most killer passes and added energy in midfield.  However, is he an improvement on Furman?  So far I'd say no.

Wellens isn't past it, when he is used as a "midfield" general.  Keegan isn't past it - but mfd (I seem to think) believes he never had it.  Chaplow, not giving us 100% yet but not past it.  Butler is OK but makes the odd mistake.  Jones I probably agree, when he isn't 100% fit like last night.  Copps, fit as a fiddle - if he was a better performer all round, he would have played consistently at a higher level.

Obviously they're past their best but they're definitely good enough for this league
The two youngsters have enhanced our side greatly
