I've heard from a number of sources that it is going to be a very cold winter. Something to do with El Niño.

However the Excess says it will be every year, so doesn't have much credibility. I suppose they work on the basis that they will be proved right one year.

Me and a couple of mates regularly send snaps of the Express scare the f*ck out of the pensioners heatwave, ice age on the way, killer bees from Africa, or b*llocks eating piranha's in the Channel front covers.
