The Ferguson Thread

Ferguson is the right man with the right character , knowledge and apparently full support of the Board according to his interview on Player . The process wherebye he was selected only a few months ago was good ... why throw 'the baby out with the bathwater '. Sacking him now would completely destroy faith and belief in all that the club stands.It has firmly nailed it's colors to the mast ... Fergie must stay  if DRFC is to remain credible  and true to all it's stated values .The goal ( as he states too)is clearly to bounce straight back through rebuilding the squad .... his squad .

The thing is though grainge, that when he came he said that his bried was to mount a challenge for the playoffs.
When easter came around he said that his job was to stay in L1.
He failed on both counts, including the revised and most important one.
