To get out of the 4th division you need quite a few players that are too good for the division.

Many moons ago, when in charge at Barnsley, Alan Clarke said " To gain promotion from any league, you need to sign players from the reserves of teams in the league above where you have aspirations to be".

That seems about right, AND thats where Tommy is at.
