   I would agree with that totally Retdon...Coppinger would make a great club Captain but Butler would be a much better option on the pitch...

If we're playing 3 at the back he'll play, but I reckon that if we end up with a flat back 4 then Baudry and Wright will be our first choice pairing.

Agreed, I don't really get this idea of having 2 captains, but would make more sense if Copps had the "ambassador" role

I have played in teams where the captain was one of the quieter lads.
The "leaders" on the pitch still did all their shouting and encouraging though and players responded to them.

He will be playing regularly as DF THINKS he is a marvel and he is, as last season he like Stuckman had no confidence in the rest of the defence as they were shit and made them 2 look bad
