"Evina is a good wing back"
Sammy, a wing back of any standard has to have some defensive aptitude (the clue is in the word 'back'). Cedric has absolutely none. He would be more accurately described as a very poor wing back, if at all.

Defensively he definitely isn't great but going forward a better option than any we have for that position. I prefer somebody who can actually defend first rather than being good going forward.
At Charlton he seemed to me a more confident player. It wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't miss being around the London area because he has never reproduced his Charlton form for us.
Whether he was protected better there i don't know. He has had some good games but nowhere near enough.
In this league you need solid defenders nothing flash just stop the goals going in. He was better suited to the championship than either league one or two because the physical side of the game isn't his strength.
Him and Callum Harriott had a good understanding for Charlton he has never had that sort of partnership with us. They also played wing backs regularly which suited him. Good luck to him it just hasn't worked out.
