The whole album from 1984 can be heard here. If you only listen to one track, make it the opener, Bridge. A fantastic piece of post-punk pop featuring the brilliant guitar work of Edwyn Collins.

Edwyn Collins is one of those artists mostly ignored by the public, their loss. The documentary following him and his recovery from his illness was very moving.

I saw Edwin Collins at the end of the road festival a few years ago.

He was still recovering from his illness and the narrative between songs was very laboured and difficult to understand. But once he sang, it was faultless.

Loverly bloke who hung about for a while after his set and mixed with the crowd.
