Not me, I am hoping we beat Blackpool and Newport beat Plymouth then it is virtually done.
If that happens, it's done, not matthimatically, but points wise deffo, we ain't losing a 16 goal lead in 3 remaining games...

It would be at least 18 goals difference if we win and Plymouth lose on Monday.

In the piece Syme posted on the thread about medals it says this:

37    Championship Trophies and Medals

37.1    The Club declared the Champion Club of each Division shall hold the Championship Trophy of that Division until the next Season’s League Competition is concluded. When the winners of the trophies shall have been ascertained they shall be handed over to such winners who shall return the same to The League on or before 1st May in the following year in like good order and condition, provided always that the winning Club shall, from time to time throughout the year, on request from The League, release the trophy to The League for such purposes as The League shall require.

So according to that you, can't be presented the trophy before 1st May as the previous year's winners still have it.

We can always have another event to lift it like we did in 2013? Bit shit if we can't get the trophy returned to us by Northampton before the Exeter game though.

I am with hound on this one - lets get it wrapped today. We need to sort Blackpool out and get sweet revenge and Newport to do Plymouth!  :clapping: :rtid:

Yeah but that event in itself was a bit shit. Compared with how Leicester lifted the Championship trophy in front of us, that presentation thing when the squad turned out in jeans and replica tops was a bit naff.

Aye you're not wrong there.

Let's hope we actually do win the title anyway

I'm hoping we win the title at Hartlepool! 3 point gap to Plymouth with a superior goal difference...

I'll go with that still...
